What to include
- Something arrived broken: your order number and a photo, within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it on the next shipping day.
- A question about a jar: which flavor, and what you are seeing or tasting.
- Wholesale or stockist enquiries: your shop, your city, and roughly what volume you are thinking about.
Shipping days
We ship Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday go out the following Monday.
